To arrange a return or report a problem with your order just sign in to your account and follow the steps, alternatively you can call us and one of our Customer Service team will be happy to resolve your query.

Returns Policy - Non Faulty Goods

The Distance Selling Regulations 2000 allow you to return the goods if you change your mind for what ever reason. This does not apply to perishables or goods made to your individual specification. You must however inform us of your decision to return the goods with 7 working days and you will be responsible for the return postage. You must then return the goods to us as soon as possible; the goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sold with all the original packaging. In the case of food supplements all seals must be intact. When we receive the returned goods we will refund your account or offer you  an alternative which ever suits you best. 

Taste: Taste is subjective to each individual and therefore we will not be able to exchange or refund any items due to the taste of a product.

We request that you inspect the goods as soon as you can after delivery. If you suspect the goods are faulty please contact our customer care team on 
01724 85 44 66 so that we can discuss the issues and if neceassry make the appropriate arrangements too return the goods. If the goods are proven to be faulty you will offered a full refund or an exchange, this includes all postages costs.

I have received an incorrect item, what shall I do?

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please let Customer Services know as soon as you can. Please provide Customer Services with the full description and the original order number associated with the incorrect item you have received. 

I have an item missing from my delivery, what shall I do?

If you have received a short delivery, please contact Customer Services as soon as you can.

We may require an image of the packing you received your order in to help with our investigation.

Please be advised we need to be notified of any discrepancies within 7 days.
