    • How do I register for an account with Keep Yourself Right

      Answer : 

      Its simple, just find the products you would like to buy and place them in the shopping basket. When you have finished shopping click Checkout in the shopping cart area, If you need to register as a new account please enter your personal details on to the form, if you have already registered please log in using your username and password. If this is your first time registering with us you will not need to do this procedure again and logging on will only be done by entering your Username and Password.

    • How do I shop with Keep Yourself Right

      Its easy, just find the products you would like to buy and place them in the shopping basket, then just log on using your Username and Password and then enter the details required to complete the sale.

    • What Security do you use / are we a secure site

      Here at Keep Yourself Right we take security very serious indeed, that is why we patroll our site constantly to provide you with a safe and enjoyable shopping experience. Keep Yourself Right uses SagePay & PayPal to process all our online sales , which again is patrolled to the highest standards we can achieve.

      Here at Keep Yourself Right we endeavour to keep all your private details completely secure, by not dealing with a third party and never passing on anyone of our customer's details to another company or single person, But we do file your information (i.e. names and addresses, & e-mail addresses) only for future promotional activities associated with Keep Yourself Right Ltd.

    • What happens to my credit card details

If you have placed your order on the website your details are with SagePay or PayPal and can't be accesed by anyone.</span></p>

    • What are your opening hours

      Answer: 

      Here at Keep Yourself Right online ordering can be placed anytime of the day: a 24 - 7 operation. If you visit our store however, our opening hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 4pm Saturday.

    • Can I have my order sent to a seperate address

      Answer: 

      Here at Keep Yourself Right we are very flexible and can send your order to any address you require, all you need to do is let us know where.

    • What time will my order arrive

      Answer: 

      Keep Yourself Right use two couriers, if your order is sent via Royal Mail your order should arrive with your normal Royal Mail delivery service. If your order is sent via FedEx then it can arrive between 9:00am to 5:00pm.

    • What if my order is damaged in the post

      Answer:
       
      You must let Keep Yourself Right know within 12 hours of receipt if there are any breakages; photographic evidence may be requested. Once we have been notified we will arrange a new duplicate order to be sent to you as soon as possible and get our courier to collect the damaged parcel from yourself. If this is not adhered to in this time frame, Keep Yourself Right will not be held liable for any breakages. If you have ordered more than one item in the whole consignment, please ensure you check every item upon receipt.

    • Can I track my order

      Here at Keep Yourself Right we like to make it easy for you, all you need to do is give us a call Tel:01724 854466 and we can give you your tracking number and also tell you any other information about your order you may require.

    • Do you have a store so i can visit it

      Answer: 

      Sure, no problems you may visit our little store in Ashby, Scunthorpe to collect your order, get advice or even make a new order.

    • Out of stock Items

      Answer: 

      Keep Yourself Right tries its best to keep all our advertised products in stock, but on occasions we can be out of stock for short periods of time. In such cases we will contact you and give a full explaination and offer to keep your order and wait for the products to arrive, or offer a replacement to you at no extra charge even if this product is a higher price.

    • How do you deal with Refunds

      Answer: 

      Here at Keep Yourself Right we like to make your sale very enjoyable but in the event of us needing to give you a refund, this will be done via our automated payment gateway facilities. If however, only part of the order needs to be refunded we will make the refund by way of sending you a cheque. This refund is to include the price of the products ordered.
